The staff at Classic Cooking Academy is available to offer assistance in the areas of guidance counseling, housing, scholarships, job opportunities and/or cultural resources upon request. Classic Cooking Academy however does not guarantee availability of jobs or transportation schedules.

A library of cookbooks and reference books is available to students during and after school hours. There are over 200 book in the inventory.

Classic Cooking Academy does not require an externship for completion. Students will be encouraged to volunteer and participate in our monthly Native American tasting dinners and other functions held at Classic Cooking Academy, including fund raising dinners, Native American workshops, catering, team building workshops and wine events.

Housing

Classic Cooking Academy does not provide housing for students. Students are responsible for locating their own housing. The staff at the Academy is available to answer questions, help students get acclimated to the school, city, and point them in the direction of valuable resources. Several apartment complexes are located near the school within driving, walking and biking distance. Student Employment

Students are encouraged to work while attending the program. Our daily class schedule is designed to provide students the chance to maintain a job after school throughout the week. Some students may need to work in order to meet educational and living expenses. The skills you obtain from working supplement your academic performance and increase your ability to succeed in a professional setting. Working can benefit you in the following ways:
